How does a transition work?
We will work with your current manager to discover what vendors and processes they have in place to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.
How does vendor management?
We will examine your current vendors to determine if they are performing the contracted service in the best way possible. We do all the work we supervise and inspect all repairs.
How does Financial management work ?
We set up separate operating and reserve accounts that are unique to your building. This is to responsibly manage your money in a transparent way. We can pay all bills under a predetermine amount and obtain authorization for the rest.
How does billing work?
We will handle all payment of bills to vendors for services rendered and track them for tax purposes.
How does association billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows the owners/tenants to pay their dues on a monthly basis.
